Edward Griffin of Coppell High School is making quite a name for himself this season with his impressive skills at the quarterback position. He’s shown a quick release, clean pocket footwork and Griffin excels at making timely throws in rhythm, making accurate throws on the run. His athleticism allows him to extend drives with his legs. Additionally, he has full command of his team’s offense, great field vision and Griffin has the ability to fit the fooball into tight coverage windows. Griffin’s strong arm makes him a promising prospect for college programs. His outstanding performance against Lewisville, where he threw for 313 yards and three touchdowns, speaks volumes about his potential. It’s safe to say that his recruiting stock will continue to rise as he consistently impresses each week. College programs will likely be closely monitoring his progress.
