Top 10 2026 QBs – Florida
- Brady Hart | QB | 2026 | Cocoa | @BradyHartQB
Recent commitment: Michigan
Taking a look at the talent level and upside potential of the 2026 QB class in Florida, it could be one of the deepest we’ve seen in years. There’s one who has stood out as he dominated in his sophomore season against some of the best competition. Coming in at the No. 1 spot, Hart helped lead Cocoa High School to a Class 2S state championship while producing against top-level programs and defensive backs. A legit 6-5 QB prospect, Hart flashed advanced QB mechanics and legit arm talent on his way to 3,759 passing yards and 41 touchdown passes last season.
2. Noah Grubbs | QB | 2026 | Lake Mary | @NoahGrubbsQB
Recent commitment: Notre Dame
The 2026 class is filled with heavy weights and this kid has earned his spot on The Platform at the No. 2 spot. At around 6-4, 210 pounds, Noah Grubbs has shown off great accuracy and ball placement in various settings I’ve watched him compete. Grubbs excelled in his second year under center, setting several regular-season school records 3,677 passing yards & 49 TDs). His natural arm strength and developed IQ have separated Grubbs from the pack but it’s also the leadership and winning determination that will have him playing on Sundays.
3. Dia Bell | QB | 2026 | American Heritage | @DiaBell3QB1
Recent commitment: Texas
Our No. 3 pick on the 2026 QB list, is a stud and one of Florida’s top-rated QBs in the country. Playing for a powerhouse program in South Florida, Dia Bell has grown into a national recruit and recently committed to the Texas Longhorns. Dell battled a competitive schedule in his sophomore season while finishing with 1,929 passing yards and 20 TDs. When breaking down his game, Bell has great deep ball accuracy whether he’s standing still or on the run, and can throw any route on the tree because of his decent arm strength and natural accuracy. He’s got immense upside to be rated higher, but I need to see him compete more in person to lock that in.
4. Will Griffin | QB | 2026 | Jesuit | @w_griffin11
Recent commitment: Florida
One of the premier national recruits has impressed college coaches with his 6-3, 225-pound frame and when watching him compete, there’s no doubt he’s earned this spot. The recent University of Florida commit recorded impressive stats last season with 3,404 passing yards, 34 TDs, and 10 INTs. His film is top-notch; this kid can do it all. He’s a threat in the RPO game thanks to his size and could be even more dangerous if he used his legs more. With a build similar to Tim Tebow but with better arm and footwork mechanics at the prep level, keep an eye on him as he still has two more years of development.
5. Dereon Coleman | QB | 2026 | Jones | @DereonColemanQB
Commitment: Coming Soon
Telling everyone right now, this kid is the Real Deal. Recently ranked a four-star prospect, Coleman has been stamped as THE ONE since Little League. Just check the film or get eyes on him, Coleman has a natural rocket for an arm and elite decision-making skills that separate him from other QBs. He will have the chance to continue rising on The Platform List as he’s gaining national attention with a commitment on the horizon. A productive sophomore season where despite sharing reps with now FSU QB Trever Jackson, Coleman finished with a team-high 2,236 passing yards and 16 TDs. Watch what he can do with a full season under center!
6. Michael Clayton II | QB | 2026 | Seminole | @MikeClaytonQB1
College offers: Miami, UCF, Missouri, +
We’re going to keep letting everyone know that Clayton has the elite talent to compete at the P4 level. Listed at No. 6, Clayton was recently ranked a four-star prospect but has been performing like one for a while now. A productive sophomore season throwing for 1,902 passing yards with 18 TDs and he will have plenty of talent to work with at Seminole come fall. The 6-4 QB has solid footwork mechanics he uses to deliver accurate strikes while using good arm strength and ball placement to separate himself. He has plenty of time to continue developing and locking in closer relationships with big-time programs on his trail.
7. Carter Emanuel | QB | 2026 | Edgewater | @CarterEmanuel1
College offers: Arkansas, USF, Liberty, +
Emanuel is yet another rising 2026 QB in the Central Florida area who has the upside to play P4 football. The No. 7 Platform ranked prospect has earned recent offers from USF, and Georgia State and is set for a big-time junior season to show college coaches he can lead a program. A lot of talent around Emanuel this season since making a move over to Edgewater. At 6-2, 205 pounds, Carter will be able to run the RPO offense at a high level.
8. Joel Morris | QB | 2026 | Sumner | @Joe1morris
College offers: Ole Miss, UAB, FAU, +
Coming in at the No. 8 spot, this kid is a no-brainer offer to most colleges because of his god-given frame and IQ to operate the quarterback position. 2026 QB Joel Morris has all the tools to play P4 ball with an Important fall season ahead where he can lock in some legit college offers. He has solid quarterback mechanics along with really good arm strength and solid IQ. His frame at 6’2, 180 pounds is also intriguing because he has two more years of development left. All college coaches in Florida should start paying attention and get familiar with Morris.
9. Logan Rogers | QB | 2026 | Tampa Bay Tech | @loganrogersQB
College offers: Florida, App State, Buffalo, +
Our last two spots were filled with two kids with immense potential. At 6-3, 205 pounds, Tampa Bay Tech QB product Logan Rogers fills in the No. 9 spot on The Platform list. He picked up an early offer from Florida to kick start his recruiting and is really starting to grow into his body. I’m expecting a big-time season from Rogers who has excellent vertical downfield accuracy and good decision-making skills when going through reads. Though Tech now has a stacked QB room to work with, I like this kid’s potential to continue developing and to make noise this fall season.
10. Carter Quinn | QB | 2026 | Lely | @Carter1Qb
College offers: West Virginia, Marshall, WKU
The final ranking in our first preseason Top 10 2026 Platform List goes to the lefty Carter Quinn. There were a few other QBs who could contend for this spot but I wanted to cover as many areas as possible and Quinn has lit it up in the spring and will have a full season to work at Lely High. He does everything right when it comes to the weight room and film study sessions. A lot of potential as he has a few offers with time to lock in legit interest. Has to keep this spot but have him listed in the top 10.
