27′ WR Traice Collier (@TraiceCollier) is a young prospect with elite wide receiver size, who is a savant in the middle of the field. He’s absolutely money in the short area and the intermediate passing game. Collier has sticky hands and can hold on to the football during contact. In his sophomore season, he amassed over 1,300 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns. By putting up exceptional numbers like that, it’s just a matter of time before all of his hard work grabs the attention of some of the best college recruiters. This kid is poised for a breakout junior campaign and looks to make himself a big time force in the 2027 class.

26′ WR Jabarie Thornton (@J_thorn1on_) is a major problem for defenses in the state of. Texas. His athleticism separates him from most. He has quickness, twitch, bend, balance, and speed. Oh yea, he’s great at football, too! This kid is an explosive athlete with superb ball tracking skills and can get open on any route. He has the measurables to play multiple positions as well. Thornton is already a major player with highly respected La Vega high school and currently holds a bunch of offers – including Oregon, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Houston, and plenty more.

29′ DB Sukora Cooper (@SukoraC) is a name to get familiar with if you haven’t already. This young man already has recruiters fawning over him, and he has yet to reach the high school level. He projects best as a cornerback, but he possesses the talent to play wide receiver at an elite level if he chooses to. Players who are good at playing receiver, usually transitions well into some of the best defensive backs due to their ball skills and hand-eyecoordination. Judging by his footwork, he’s been coached up very well. He has the IQ to recognize routes and jump in front to make a play on the ball. Cooper is only in the 8th grade and has offers from Penn State, SMU, North Texas, and others.

27′ QB Taven Hayes (@TAVENHAYES4) is a gunslinger without a conscious. Hayes displays great anticipation, mechanics, and a quick release. I can go on and on about the traits this kid has that’ll make him a collegiate quarterback, but his deep ball is probably his most deadliest attribute. He likes to take shots often, and for him, it almost ends up a touchdown or a field flipping gain. Taven reads the field well and has the wherewithal to look off defenders to free up his receivers. He’s just scratching the surface on how good he can become, so put this kid on your list of names to know.

26′ WR Bryce Collier (@BryceCollier_10) was perhaps the most dangerous wide receiver in DR7 – Dallas. There was absolutely nothing opposing defenses could do to slow him down, literally. Collier was the fastest player on the field and was a true game breaker for his team. This kid has excellent speed, soft hands, and a plethora of moves to create separation. Even though he’s lightening in a bottle, don’t get it confused. He can win when pressed at the line of scrimmage also. That’s a huge physical trait to have. Keep your eye out for more on this 2026 standout.

28′ QB Isaiah Taylor (@IsaiahTaylor00) was extremely impressive on Saturday during pool play. He threw and caught passes at DR7 – Dallas. This young star on the rise has a huge arm and can really push the ball down the window. Taylor made throws into tight windows and hit his receivers in stride consistently. When he lined up at receiver, he showed that he could get open and attack the football at the highest point. He has good balance and can stop on a dime in the middle of the field. Isaiah is just a freshman, so there’s room for a ton of growth, which is great for him but not so much for future opposing teams.

28′ LB Dexter Walker (@lildex_11) is a versatile defender that can play several positions defensively. He moves well for a coverage linebacker and is instinctively good to drop back in a zone at safety. Walker stands 6’1 with long arms. This kid has the ability to flip his hips to either sideline and make a play near the football. His high motor and knack for chasing down the ball carrier is relentless. If I’m a recruiter, I’m on this kid with several different ways in mind on how he would be beneficial to my program. He’s a 2028 kid, so there’s a ton of football left in his high school career. Look for Dexter Walker to make a splash in the near future.
