    Southwest Retreat: Clemson Camp Standouts

    By: Drew Johnson (@RealNews102)

Wrapped up a strong day at Clemson, where the energy and atmosphere were perfect for ball. A couple offers were handed out, and the level of competition was high across the board. Let’s dive into the standouts from our stop in Death Valley:

    Luke Wilson | WR | 2028 | Clearwater Central Catholic | @luke_wil7

Wilson continues to torch defenders in 1v1s with crisp routes and top-end speed. For the second straight day, college coaches were buzzing about his upside. He snagged an offer from Howard and looks poised to be a breakout name at the mega camps.

    Gavin Davis | WR | 2027 | ZCA | @GavinKDavis11

Davis was dominant from start to finish, winning just about every rep he took. His offer from Howard was well-earned. With elite track speed, sharp instincts, and soft hands, he’s a versatile weapon who can stretch the field or break loose on short routes. Dangerous in the return game, too.

    Joel Morris | QB | 2026 | Booker | @Joe1morris

Morris is back on tour and looking to spark that next-level momentum. He’s got the arm and mobility, now it’s about consistency. Showed flashes of high-level talent again today—this camp circuit is a big one for his stock.

    Ayden Wallace | QB | 2026 | Lakewood | @aydendwall16

Wallace had his best showing so far, clearly in rhythm and confident. He’s elevated his game this offseason, and it’s starting to show. His accuracy and decision-making stood out, and the added mobility is a nice bonus.

    Gavin Galish | QB | 2026 | Osceola | @Gavin_Galish

Quietly consistent, Galish continues to check boxes. He’s efficient, accurate, and composed under pressure. He’s the type of QB who wins coaches over with substance more than flash.

    Myles McDonald | QB | 2027 | Carrollwood Day | @813_mcdonald

McDonald throws one of the cleanest balls on tour. The lefty was dialed in today, grabbing attention from multiple coaches. With great footwork and sharp reads, his Power 4 buzz is starting to feel legit.

    Tysen Norton | QB | 2026 | Springstead | @TysenN2026

Today was Norton’s best outing—looked sharp from drill work to 1v1s. He’s an athletic build with a live arm and seems to be finding his rhythm at the right time.

    KJ Roos | QB | 2028 | Durant | @KJ_Roos

Roos is one of the youngest QBs on tour, but you wouldn’t know it. Confident, smooth delivery, and two productive days in a row. Big upside if he keeps building on this momentum.

    Jordan Walker | DB | 2026 | Wharton | @Jordan_walker23

Walker was a dog today. Moved like a prototype nickel—physical, quick, and locked in during coverage. My favorite DB of the day and a name college coaches need to know.

    Jordan Calvin | QB | 2027 | Gibbs | @imjordancalvin9

Calvin is stacking solid days, and his offer from Georgia State is the latest sign of his upside. Strong arm, good mobility, and growing poise—he’s trending in the right direction.

    Antray Lee | DB | 2025 | Jesuit | @AntrayL

Lee plays with edge and energy—exactly what you want from a defensive back. He racked up PBUs during 1v1s and brought that lockdown mentality all day. A tone-setter in the secondary.

    Austin Stanina | WR | 2026 | Springstead | @AustinS2026

Stanina is starting to get into a groove. With his 6-3 frame and extended catch radius, he’s a matchup problem on the boundary. If the confidence continues to grow, offers will follow.

    Caleb McFarlane | QB | 2026 | Lakeland | @caleb_mc4

McFarlane looked sharp once again. Smooth mechanics, good feel, and a calm presence under center. The more reps he gets, the more he separates himself.

    Josiah Carter | QB | 2029 | ZCA | @carterjojo5

Still just a rising 8th grader, Carter plays beyond his years. Ball jumps out of his hand, and the early offers make sense. The tour is valuable experience, and he’s soaking it all in.

    Christian Birner | LB | 2026 | Steinbrenner | @Christian_B12

Birner was one of the only true linebackers on the field today and moved well throughout the session. He brings physicality and effort—traits that will stand out at college camps.

    Elijah Stratford | DB | 2026 | Wharton | @ElijahStratford

Stratford had one of his strongest days on tour. Looked smooth in coverage and has clearly embraced the move to defensive back. His speed and IQ are now translating to the other side of the ball.

    Mekell King | DB | 2026 | Specially Fit Academy | @KingMekell

King battled through every rep and showed some serious grit. That competitive edge is what coaches love. He’s getting better daily and could leave this tour with real interest.

    Isaiah Williams | ATH | 2026 | Hernando | @Isaiah_W9

Williams keeps turning heads with his versatility. Flipped between WR and DB this week and made plays at both. Quietly becoming a guy to really track.

    Steven Leblanc | QB | 2029 | @stev_en112115 (IG)

LeBlanc had a solid outing today and even stepped in for reps at receiver. Good size for his age, throws a nice ball, and projects as a dual-threat type. Definitely a long-term watch.

    Bryson Rabon | ATH | 2027 | Newsome | @BrysonRabon

Rabon is climbing quickly. Smooth route runner, solid speed, and he’s eager to compete. Could see his stock rise if he keeps stringing together these performances.

    Jorge Mercado | ATH | 2026 | @Jorge.m12345 (IG)

Mercado flashed burst and agility at the RB/slot position. Compact and explosive—he stood out in route work today. A definite sleeper to monitor.

    Ty Lee | QB | 2029 | @Ty_LeeQb1

Lee handled himself well against older competition. Mechanics are strong, and the poise is impressive for his age. Great foundation to build on.

    Kaleb Reincke | WR | 2030 | @KalebReincke

Still developing, but Reincke already shows traits that will translate. Speed and tracking ability are impressive for his age. A name to keep tucked away.

    Carter Babies | WR | —

Babies is starting to find his comfort zone and had a good showing today catching the ball. Once the physical growth hits, he could be a serious riser.

    Mason Pauliot | ATH | 2028 | @Mason_V_Pauliot

Pauliot is a raw athlete with loads of potential. He’s starting to settle in and should continue to improve as the game slows down. One to stash on your radar.

    Frankie Cherry | QB | 2026 | @FrankieFC12

Cherry has that leadership quality and a live arm to match. If he stacks solid performances like this one, his name will stay in the mix through the summer.

    Beckam Bell | QB | 2029 | (IG: beckambell)

Bell is showing steady growth with each rep. He had a solid moment during 1v1s with a long touchdown throw and continues to gain confidence. Still early in his development, but he’s starting to get comfortable in the camp setting.
