The Arizona Wildcats have landed a key piece for their future offensive line with the commitment of Khalil Sanogo, a 3-star offensive lineman out of Mansfield Legacy High School (TX).
Standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 300 pounds, Sanogo chose the Wildcats over offers from UNLV, North Carolina, and California.
Sanogo brings a coveted skill set to the tackle position, elite size, extended reach, excellent hip bend, superb lateral agility, clean footwork, and nimble feet. He delivers a powerful punch at the point of attack and consistently shows the ability to climb to the second level in the run game, traits that college coaches prioritize in high-level linemen.
After a standout junior season where he earned Second-Team All-District honors in 3-6A, Sanogo has elevated his profile even further with a dominant offseason. He earned MVP honors at the Six Star Showcase, FBU Dallas Camp, You Are Athlete Dallas Camp, and the You Are Athlete All-American Showcase (Lineman MVP).
Arizona is getting one of the top offensive line prospects in Texas, with all the tools to develop into a productive multi-year starter at the next level.
