    Aiden Martin: MVP (DR7 Houston)

    By: Nick Gradney (scout)

Quarterback Aiden Martin out of Tomball Memorial is the reigning offensive MVP of his school district and now he can add MVP of the DR7 Houston tournament to his list. The 2025 standout plays for “The Lab” and was the lead contributor to winning the 18U bracket. This weekend Martin displayed great accuracy, mechanics and a rocket of an arm. Perhaps the most eye popping trait from Aiden was his ability to scan the field so efficiently, then making the right play. Every time he dropped back to throw, there was a chance it could go for 6 but also, Martin gave the defense very little opportunities to make a play on the ball. Make no mistake about it, Martin isn’t just some 7v7 star – this kid is a FOOTBALL PLAYER! Racking up 571 rushing yards to go along with his 2,443 passing yards and 38 total touchdowns during his junior campaign, Aiden Martin is an underrated prospect who have earned more exposure. If I was a college recruiter, I’d offer him in a heartbeat. There’s not much, if any, not to like about Aiden. He can spin it with the best and is very shifty in the open field with his legs. Keep an eye out on Aiden Martin this upcoming season, the future is beyond bright. (@23aidenmartin)
