The DR7 Road to the Crown continued this weekend in Fort Worth, Texas held at the recent 6A state champions North Crowley High School. The Platform was boots on the ground to find rising talent in the area and the mission is to Expose the UnExposed. Let’s get into Pool Play Saturday QB Standouts.
Corey Dailey | 2026 | Seguin | @Dailey4Corey
One of Texas’ top 2026 QBs showed why he’s earned that status. At 6-6, Dailey has the physical tools, but his mechanics, vision, and arm talent make him a true next-level passer. His 2,500-yard season helped land him a recent P4 offer from Pitt.
Jayden Shaw | 2027 | Arlington Lamar | @Jayden__Shaw
Shaw looked like one of the more polished 2027 QBs on Saturday. He’s got a strong arm, smooth mechanics, and the accuracy to make all the throws. His 6-2 frame gives him plenty of upside as he develops.
Jacob Torres | 2027 | North Crowley | @JTTheCannon
Torres backed up the hype surrounding North Crowley’s future. He stood out with his ability to push the ball downfield and made smart decisions all day. His deep ball was especially impressive, cutting through the wind with ease.
Tre Williams | 2027 | Lewisville | @Tr3Williams
Williams plays with poise beyond his years and finished as one of the better 2027 QBs on Pool Play Saturday. He was locked in from the jump, delivering accurate throws and controlling the offense with confidence. After a breakout fall season, his stock is trending up fast.
Kaden Arnot | 2026 | Vista Ridge | @Arnotkaden7
A natural passer with a strong 6-3 frame, Arnot showed why GodSpeed should be a tough out on Crown Sunday. He was efficient, accurate, and made good decisions throughout Pool Play.
Landon Gigliotti | 2026 | Fort Worth Christian | @landonqb8
Gigliotti delivered some of the best deep-ball accuracy of the day. He led Wall Street 18U to a near-perfect record, spreading the ball to his talented group of receivers. Keep an eye on him to make some solid throws on Crown Sunday.
Quaid Ferris | 2026 | Bushland | @FerrisQuaid
Ferris immediately stood out with his 6-4, 190-pound frame and big arm. His downfield throws came out with ease, and as the day went on, he showed off strong touch on short and intermediate routes.
Greydon Howell | 2027 | Broken Bow | @GreydonHowell4
Howell’s a lefty with a smooth release, plus athleticism, and the ability to extend plays. He throws well on the move and has the tools to be a serious playmaker under center. P4 schools such as Miami and Boston College have already taken notice.
Best of the Rest:
Holt Frazier | 2027 | Brock Texas | @holtfrazier4
Frazier showed solid accuracy, putting the ball in tight windows even when things weren’t going AP Ranch’s way.
Chuck Smith | 2026 | Lake Highlands | @ChuckSmith_8
A 7v7 standout who continues to refine his game. He’s been on the radar for a while and keeps showing why.
