7v7 Elite: Notable Prospects To Know

    Written by: Drew Johnson (@RealNews102)

The 7v7 circuit continues to be a solid setting for young talent, and this weekend’s action didn’t disappoint in Orlando. Plenty of under-the-radar prospects made their mark, and our mission is to Expose the Unexposed. Here are some of the top WR/DB standouts who caught my eye.

    Kallen Martinez | ATH | 2027 | Armwood | @Kallenmartinez

Seeing Martinez for the first time, and he immediately stands out with his 6-3, 180-pound frame. His length and athleticism give him a high ceiling on both sides of the ball, and his coaches couldn’t stop raving about him after pool play. Excited to see what he brings on championship Sunday.

    Jordan Cason | ATH | 2027 | Bradford | @jordan_cason5

Cason is a name that keeps coming up for a reason—he’s one of the most well-rounded athletes on the 7v7 circuit. His long arms and impressive speed make him a force in the secondary, and his natural playmaking ability is evident. Expect him to be a D1-level player when it’s all said and done.

    Demontia Hudson | ATH | 2026 | Wiregrass Ranch | @Demontia_1

Hudson’s stock is rising fast, and this weekend only added to his momentum. He made plays all over the field, proving why his name is gaining traction in recruiting circles. If he continues to add to his frame, he’ll be a major problem for defenses this fall. One of the top hidden gems in the 2026 class.

    Kentrail McRae | DB | 2026 | Clearwater | @_KentrailMcrae5

McRae continues to show why he will be one of the better defensive back in Florida’s 2026 class. Listed at 6-2, 165 pounds, he has the length and instincts to lock down a side of the field. He’s consistently impressive in coverage and looks the part of a future college DB.

    Darion Thomas | WR | 2026 | Tampa Bay Tech | @DarionThomas123

Thomas is a hidden gem that emerged during pool play, flashing strong hands and natural route-running ability. By the end of Day 1, he was one of the better-looking receivers in attendance. Looking forward to seeing how he performs when the stakes are higher on championship Sunday.

    Jok Harris | ATH | 2027 | Manatee | @jok_harris

Harris has serious upside as a two-way prospect. At 6-2, 175 pounds, he has the frame, speed, and athleticism to shine at both WR and DB. His coach is high on his potential, and after watching him compete, it’s easy to see why. Expect his stock to rise as he gets more opportunities this spring.

    Daniel Terry | ATH | 2028 | Wiregrass Ranch | @DanielTerryQB1

Terry is known for his quarterback play, but he got reps at WR this weekend and looked like a natural. At 6-2, 185 pounds, he already has great size for a 2028 prospect. Whether he sticks at QB or transitions to another position, he’s an elite athlete with a bright future.

    X’Zavier Corbin | WR | 2029 | @xcorbin02

Coaches need to get eyes on Corbin ASAP. One of the most impressive 2029 receivers on the circuit, he has a great frame at 6-1, 165 pounds. His advanced route-running and strong hands are beyond his years. A name to remember moving forward.

    Brody Church | TE | 2026 | Clearwater Central Catholic | @thebrodychurch

Church is a well-rounded tight end with a polished skill set. His crisp routes, reliable hands, and physical blocking ability make him a legit college prospect. He made some tough grabs this weekend, further proving he’s one to watch.

    Drew Sarver | WR | 2027 | Rockledge | @drewsarver1

Sarver is a true slot weapon with explosive speed and sure hands. He said he was going to have a big day, and he backed it up with strong play during pool play. Let’s see if he can carry that momentum into championship Sunday.

    Bryce Backus | ATH | 2026 | Mitchell | @backusbryce2

Backus is starting to get some well-deserved attention. He runs crisp routes and consistently finds ways to make plays. If he continues to tweak his frame and showcase his ability in front of the right eyes, college offers could start rolling in.

    Best of the Rest:

London Green | WR | 2026 | Lennard | @londondgreen12  – One of the fastest rising 2026 WRs to know.

Corey Simms | RB | 2026 | Mitchell | @CoreySimms18 – Strong potential to play at the next level.

    Dontarius Prince | WR | 2026 | Manatee | @Dontarius26 – A reliable target and playmaker.

Deshaun Thomas | TE | 2027 | Merritt Island | @DeShaunT8 – At 6-3, 230 pounds, he has a huge catch radius and great size.

Syncere Murphy | DB – Showed off elite ball-hawking skills with a highlight-reel INT.

    Eric Jenkins | ATH | 2027 | Crystal River | @Ejontop_2 – 6-2, 185-pound WR with great upside.

Kamoni Dotson | WR | 2027 | Hernando | @KamoniD11 – A quick slot WR who could make some noise on Sunday.

Keith Smith | RB | 2027 | Manatee | @2Keithsmitty – Made one of the better plays in open space today.

Gavin Davis | WR | 2027 | ZCA | @GavinKDavis11 – Speedy and athletic with natural playmaking ability.
