Jevonyae Broussard (@yae_official1) put on a show at DR7 Dallas, proving he’s one of the most electrifying young playmakers in Texas. The 6-foot, 175-pound wide receiver out of Hebron High School dominated throughout the weekend, suiting up for G.A.T.A 7v7 on both the 15U and 18U teams and he didn’t just hold his own, he thrived.
Broussard is an elite pass catcher with a lean, athletic frame and explosive athleticism. His route running is crisp, his footwork is polished, and he consistently stacks defensive backs off the line of scrimmage. He absorbs contact and thrives in traffic, coming down with tough catches while showing excellent body control.
One of the most unguardable players at the event, Broussard made big plays against every defender thrown his way. He’s an explosive leaper, winning reps on multiple jump balls throughout the tournament. If the ball is near him, he’s catching it. He catches everything!!!
College coaches need to get this playmaker on their radar now. Broussard is a rising star in the 2028 class, and after his dominant DR7 Dallas performance, expect his recruitment to take off in a big way. He’ll be making a name for himself under the Friday night lights very soon.
